New President for Indo-American Chamber of Commerce

MR Prabhaker B., President and Chief Executive Officer of JAPCON, a Bangalore-based infrastructure company, has been elected as the National President of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce for 2005-06.

The other office-bearers of the chamber include Mr Deepak Pahwa, executive Vice-President and Managing Director of Bry-Air (Asia) and Mr Farokh T. Balsara, Executive Vice-President and Partner of Ernst & Young Pvt Ltd.

The chamber is exclusively engaged in furthering economic co-operation between India and the US. It has 14 offices in India with headquarter in Mumbai.
