New Delhi , Oct. 10

BUSINESS Processing Services (BPS) company Xchanging has announced an investment of $150 million over the next five years to support the planned growth of 150 per cent for its Indian operations.

"India is an integral part of the expansion of our global operations and we see India and Europe as partners in this growth. Our vision is to be the pre-eminent BPS company through shared values and cultures across our global operations. To support our growth plans for India, we will be investing $150 million and adding 3,000 people over the next five years," Mr David Andrews, CEO, Xchanging, said while inaugurating the company's "Performance Hub'' in Gurgaon.

This would bring the Indian operations face to face with the company's Frankfurt and London operations.
