Ma Foi launches subsidiary in US

Our Bureau

CHENNAI: Ma Foi Management Consultants, a recruitment firm, has launched its US operations through a wholly-owned subsidiary in Iselin, New Jersey.

Ma Foi Consultants US will initially focus on executive search, and permanent staffing across two sectors - information technology (IT) and banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), according to a press release issued by the company.

Mr Pandia Rajan, Managing Director, Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd, said in the wake of offshoring with respect to the research process outsourcing (RPO) segment, it is a logical move to be present in the US market.

Mr Rajan said Ma Foi has presence in eight countries and plans to enter four more locations - Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and Australia in 2006.

The company will shortly launch its business partner operations in Agra, Aurangabad and Rajkot, bringing its total count up to 48 offices across the country (12 core centres and 36 business partners).
