Our Bureau

Mumbai , Oct. 13

DUBAI Outsource Zone, the world's first zone dedicated to the outsourcing industry, has announced the appointment of IT People (India) Ltd, a staffing solutions company, as its executive partner for India and preferred partner worldwide for promoting and marketing the zone.

IT People will be leveraging its expertise of recruiting the right talent for companies in the zone.

Mr Ismail Al Naqi, Director of the zone, said multinational companies were increasingly seeking several offshoring locations to ensure business continuity. The zone also offers support services aimed at reducing operational difficulties for outsourcing service providers. More than 60 leading offshore and onshore companies have expressed interest in establishing facilities in the zone, he added.

The zone is targeting a share of five per cent of the global outsourcing industry in five years.
