TVS launches StaR City in Visakhapatnam

VISAKHAPATNAM: TVS launched a new motorcycle model StaR City here on Thursday. The model was launched by the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mr. A.V. Subba Rao.

With an aerodynamic design, sporty silencers and a roller cam follower technology, the model is available at an economy price of Rs 33,900. TVS is expecting a sale of 500 StaR City bikes a month and hopes to take its total sale of bikes in the city past the 1,000-mark. The company has a 20 per cent share in the two-wheeler market in the market and a 15 per cent share in the State.
