Wendt incorporates arm in Thailand

MUMBAI: Wendt (India) Ltd on Saturday informed the BSE that it had incorporated a 100 per cent wholly owned subsidiary company in Thailand and had paid up the initial capital.

The company plans to manufacture, sell and service diamond/CBN grinding wheels and other abrasive tools/industrial products. These activities are planned in a phased manner and will be subject to getting necessary approvals from various Government agencies.
