LPG calibration

KOCHI: The Revenue Minister, Mr K.M. Mani, has announced that calibrating mechanisms will be established at all LPG pumping stations in the State from November.

The facility is being introduced with a view to ensuring that the quantity of LPG supplied from the pumping stations are accurate and also that no manipulation is made while distributing the LPG to consumers.

The Minister was here in connection with the inauguration of the Legal Metrology Department's Net Content Verification Unit and flying squads.
