Mangalore , Oct. 16 THE Managing Director of Tata Motors Ltd, Mr Ravi Kant, has said that automobile industry should take full advantage of the infrastructure development happening in the country. Inaugurating the golden jubilee celebrations of Arvind Motors Pvt Ltd - a dealership of Tata commercial vehicles - Mr Kant said the country had been witnessing progress in road infrastructure development in the last three years. Stating that infrastructure development will lead to a whole paradigm shift in the next five to seven years in the country, he urged the automobile industry to take full advantage of this development. Automobile dealers should reach out to even those who have not been exposed to or connected with the kind of vehicles that dealers sell, he said. Stating that the growth in the past was at a certain level, he said, "We are now reaching the second phase. Let us look to the future with much greater fervour and greater optimism." Mr Sham Mani, Vice-President (Sales and Marketing), Tata Motors, released the golden jubilee souvenir on the occasion. Mr A. Kishore Rao, Managing Director of Arvind Motors, presided over the function.
