Century Textiles enters deal to sell its last ship

MUMBAI: Century Textiles & Industries Ltd has entered into an agreement to sell its single remaining ship — the M.V. Aditya Gautam (Handymax Bulk Carrier) - to a foreign party, the company has informed the BSE. The sale is likely to be completed in November or December, following which the company's shipping division will be closed, the notice said.
