Strengthening trade ties

The team, headed by Ms Yi, is on a visit to the Spices Board and spice-growing areas in Kerala. China accounts for about five per cent of India's spice exports. Besides, the oleoresin industry here imports ginger and chilli in signficiant quantity from China.
