Fidelity buys 5.56% in IL&FS Investsmart

Mumbai , Oct 18

FIDELITY International, a global fund house, has bought a 5.56 per cent stake in financial services firm IL&FS Investsmart.

In a notice to stock exchange, the company said Fidelity and its direct and indirect subsidiaries hold 24.36 lakh shares bought from the stock market.

On Tuesday, the company share price closed at Rs 210.55, down 4.49 per cent on NSE.
