Of misses and hits

This is with reference to the article `The misses that became hits' (Business Line, October 16).

The companies mentioned in the article are very often missed not only by the media but also investors.

In fact, I looked up GMM Pfaudler only after reading a news snippet of its improved first quarter results.

The lack of information on these niche players is the main reason why such scrips escape investor attention resulting in a lack of active trading and poor market cap.
