New Delhi , Oct. 22 A COMMON platform for collective working of diverse non-governmental organisations (NGOs) at the district/regional/State/national level under the Chairmanship of Dr Mohan Dharia, former Deputy Chairman, Planning Commission, has been set up to articulate, in particular, the concerns of rural India. Stating this at a news conference here, the honorary co-Chairman, Mr L.V. Saptharishi, a retired senior civil servant and Dr G.
