HCL Info in pact with Bull

NEW DELHI: HCL Infosystems on Monday announced a partnership with the Europe-based IT firm Bull to launch enterprise class servers on open architecture.

As per the partnership, Bull would provide the technology for Linux-based servers, which will be marketed under HCL Infosystems' Infiniti brand.

The tie-up would enable HCL to address high-end requirements of its customers for the core of the enterprise in areas such as large-scale databases, ERP applications, data centres and high performance computing requirements of scientific and research segment.
