GSK Consumer Healthcare net rises 34 pc

NEW DELHI: GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Ltd (GSKCH) has registered a 9.1 per cent growth in sales to Rs 290.6 crore for the quarter ended September 30. The net profit rose 34 per cent to Rs 30.3 crore and the profit-before-tax (PBT) grew 27.7 per cent to Rs 46.5 crore.

The company has declared an interim dividend of 80 per cent.

For the nine-months ended September 30, sales stood at Rs 820.6 crore, a 10.6 per cent increase over last year, while the net profit, at Rs. 85.7 crore, was up 41.3 per cent.
