SEBI restrains Mega Corp

MUMBAI: The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has restrained promoters of Mega Corporation Ltd from trading its shares until further order, as the market regulator is conducting an inquiry into spurt in the company's share prices.

Some other investors and brokers have also been asked not to deal in the shares of Mega Corporation, a release from SEBI said.
