HTMT restores operations in Bangalore

Our Bureau

Bangalore , Oct. 25

HTMT has restored full operations within 24-36 hours for its international and domestic customers after heavy rains and subsequent flash flood situation in one locality in Bangalore forced the company to close one of its four delivery centres.

Mr K. Thiagarajan, MD and CEO, said: "HTMT invoked a well-rehearsed business continuity and disaster recovery plan and successfully restored its full operations for customers."

The company, according to him, has established operations at multiple locations as well as the business continuity plan.

"There is some damage to HTMT house that is currently being assessed, but being comprehensively insured the damages will be recovered," Mr Thiagarajan said in a statement.
