National hydrology award

HYDERABAD: Dr Vijay Shankar Singh, Scientist, National Geophysical Research Institute, has been selected for the National Hydrology Award of the Union Ministry of Water Resources, for his contributions in hydrology.

Dr Singh is associated with the development of sustainable groundwater management through the application of numerical models under different hydrological terrains.
