Mr Mark Templeton.

Bangalore , Oct. 27

CITRIX Systems, the access infrastructure company, says it will use its 75-strong Indian development resources to drive innovation and technology for the company's future product and platforms.

The company launched its comprehensive access platform targeted at large and medium enterprises where the platform delivers on-demand access to business-critical information for any authorised user with any device and over any network.

"The platform enables 15 times faster processing while also doubling capacity at half the cost,'' said Mr Mark Templeton, CEO.

Since users want to access a variety of enterprise resources, are unpredictably mobile, use different devices and roam across a range of networks, the best access experience must span the entire IT infrastructure to connect information supply with demand effectively,

The Netscaler acquisition, which took place last quarter, will enable growth in India, which is one of the top three markets for the company in Asia.

The company grew more than 50 per cent last year and would do as well this year, according to Mr Templeton.

Citrix meets enterprise access needs with an integrated end-to-end access platform that seamlessly connects users, devices and networks to enterprise resources enabling organisations to run IT more cost-effectively, he said.
