The company unveiled a Rs 1,500-crore project to develop real estate, including residential, industrial complexes, hotel and shopping areas on 260-acre land at Batanagar near Kolkata. Riverbank Holdings Pvt Ltd is a joint venture between Bata India and Calcutta Metropolitan Group Ltd.
