Nagarjuna Construction profit up by 83%

HYDERABAD: Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd has posted a growth of 52 per cent in turnover and 83 per cent in net profit for the second quarter of the current fiscal ended September 2005.

As per the unaudited financial results, the company reported a turnover of Rs 369.69 crore compared to Rs 242.76 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal and posted a net profit of Rs 20.91 crore (Rs 11.41 crore), yielding an EPS of Rs 2.63 (Rs 1.99).
