Usha International Q2 net up 56.25 pc

NEW DELHI: Usha International Ltd, a Siddharth Shriram group company, has announced a 56.25 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 75 lakh for the second quarter of the current financial year (Rs 48 lakh).

Net sales saw a jump of 13.75 per cent at Rs 97.81 crore (Rs 85.98 crore).

The company reported 81 per cent jump in net profit for the first six months of the current financial year at Rs 2.37 crore (Rs 1.31 crore).

Gross profit increased by 75 per cent to Rs 5.28 crore (Rs 3.02 crore).Total turnover for the period stood at Rs 255 crore, up from Rs 220 crore, recording an increase of 16 per cent.
