VISAKHAPATNAM: On the superannuation of Mr A.S.C Sinha, the Managing Director of the Bharat Heavy Plate and Vessels here, Mr I.S.S.S Ganesh, the General Manager (Finance), has assumed charge as the Managing Director under a working arrangement made by the Department of Heavy Industry, according to a press release.
