Poultry expo at Tirupati

HYDERABAD: A two-day poultry and dairy expo will be organised in Tirupati on November 6 and 7.

The publishers of the Telugu language poultry journal, `Kokrokko', is conducting the expo, marking the 70th birth anniversary of late B.V. Rao, who founded the Venkateswara Hatcheries.

Mr M.N. Rao, Publisher of the journal, told reporters that about 5,000 representatives from the farming community and dairy and poultry industries from Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Maharashtra were expected to take part in the expo.
