MSDC meet on Nov 9

KOLKATA: The meeting of the Maritime States Development Council (MSDC) is to be held in Bhubaneswar on November 9-10. The Shipping Minister, Mr T.R. Baalu, will address it on the second day. On the first day, there will be a meeting of officials. The leading personalities of the Indian Navy and Coast Guard, shipbuilders, and others, will attend the two-day conference.
