Real Estate & Construction SAAG RR turnover trebles Our Bureau
CHENNAI: SAAG RR Infra Ltd has reported a turnover of Rs 5.15 crore for the second quarter of the current year, against Rs 1.71 crore in the corresponding quarter of last year. Net profit for the quarter also increased to Rs 42.15 lakh from Rs 2.55 lakh, previously. SAAG RR is mainly into construction of industrial and residential complexes, but the company is hopeful of breaking into infrastructure services for oil companies, such as pipeline laying and repair and refurbishment of rigs. In the first half of the current year, the company's turnover was Rs 10.56 crore, up from Rs 3.73 crore in the same period last year. Net profit for the half year was Rs 57 lakh, as much as the company achieved in the full year 2004-05.
