Coromandel Fert plans stock split

COROMANDEL Fertilisers Ltd, part of the Murugappa Group, has informed the stock exchanges that it is planning to sub-divide equity shares of Rs 10 each into five equity shares of Rs 2 each.

The company said it would seek the approval of its shareholders by way of postal ballot for the proposed stock split and consequential amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association.

The company has appointed Mr S. Anand S.S. Rao, practising Company Secretary, as scrutiniser for conducting postal ballot process.

It said the postal ballot form duly completed should reach the scrutiniser on or before the close of working hours on November 30.
