Sheet rubber up; latex declines

KOTTAYAM: Rubber prices were mixed on Wednesday. Sheet rubber improved, while latex lost further in the absence of enquiries.

On NMCE, the November contract was quoted at Rs 68.30 (67.93), December Rs 65.15 (65.09), January Rs 64.76 (64.67) and February at Rs 64.94 (65) a kg for RSS 4.

On MCX, the December contract for RSS 4 was quoted at Rs 65.20.

Spot prices per kg were as follows: RSS-4: 67.25 (67); RSS-5: 64 (64); ungraded: 61 (61); ISNR 20: 64.50 (64.50); and latex 60%: 43 (43.50).
