Idea Cellular talent hunt

Our Bureau

HYDERABAD: Idea Cellular Ltd has roped in MAA TV and some leading film makers to launch a State-wide `Idea Andhra Idol talent hunt' competition in the categories of singing, acting and dancing.

The winners would get an opportunity to work with leading Telugu film makers such as Mr M.S. Raju, Mr Shyam Prasad Reddy and Mr Shekar Kammula. There are other prizes in the preliminary rounds.

Announcing this here on Wednesday, Mr Subbaraman Iyer, Circle Head (Andhra Pradesh) of Idea Cellular, said the registration would open on November 10 and close on November 30. The registration fee is Rs 50.

While existing Idea customers can enter the fray by dialling (or sending an SMS) 4560333 and say `Andhra', the others needed to get a connection with a minimum recharge of Rs 220 to dial (or SMS) the number, the company said in a press release.
