The company plans to offer a full range of lifestyle apparel brands.

Bangalore , Nov. 10

INDUS League plans to launch two new brands within a year and open yoga centres across the country.

Indus League Managing Director, Mr Sriram Srinivasan said at a news conference that the company plans to offer a full range of lifestyle apparel brands. It would also consider launching children's wear brands, he said.

Indus League has launched the Urban Yoga line of clothing for those who practise yoga, priced between Rs 299 and Rs 1,199.

"The brand has been co-created with yoga practitioners and teachers, because we want to offer a line of clothes that are appropriate and comfortable for yoga," Mr Srinivasan said.

The company is also formalising plans to launch yoga centres across the country as part of its effort to promote the new brand.

He said the newly introduced Indigo Nation Contra formals have received good response.

The recently acquired denim brand for women — Jealous — too had started performing well, Mr Srinivasan said.

Indus League also has an equity partnership with Pantaloon Knowledge Group, which gives its brands marketing access to all Pantaloon showrooms and malls.
