O&M bags global award

MUMBAI: Ogilvy & Mather has won an award at the London International Awards in the poster and outdoor category for its Fevicol campaign titled `Familicol'.

Ogilvy & Mather India was reportedly the only Indian agency to win an award from among the Indian entries.

Mr Piyush Pandey, National Creative Director and Executive Chairman (India & South Asia), said: "It's yet another time that Fevicol has kept the Indian flag flying in the world of advertising. This campaign, done by a very young team, was a finalist at Cannes."

Mr Madhukar Parikh, Managing Director of Pidilite Industries, said: "It is a very proud moment, particularly because a campaign which is so Indian in its character has been recognised by global experts."
