FII cap reached in Voltas

MUMBAI: Investment by foreign institutional investors in Voltas Ltd has reached the limit of 22 per cent of its paid up capital, said Reserve Bank of India in a press release on Thursday.

No further purchases of equity of the company should be made on behalf of FIIs through the primary or secondary market in India without prior permission of the RBI, the release said.
