Anagram Broking expansion in Kerala

Our Bureau

KOCHI: Considering the emerging markets in stocks as well as commodities in Kerala, the Ahmedabad-based Anagram Stock Broking Ltd is expanding its operations in the State to tap the market potential.

At present, Anagram operates out of six locations in the State and has plans to open a few more branches before March 31. Anagram is a one-stop shop as it provides services in stock broking, commodities trading, advisory services, Mr V.K. Sharma, Head (Research), said.

Kerala is an important market for the company as commodities has always been a partly diversified saving portfolio of Keralites, he said.

The commodity market is growing at a brisk pace in the State and the company, with a turnover of Rs 4-5 crore a day, aims to capture a big slice in the market. To cater to the needs of retail and high net worth customer segments, the company has developed focussed teams at each location, he added.
