HelloSoft in expansion mode

HYDERABAD: Hellosoft India, a convergence and communication solutions provider, plans to expand its research and development as also marketing and sales teams to tap the growing market in the Asia-Pacific region.

The Founder, Chairman and CEO of HelloSoft, Mr Yarlagadda Krishna, said the company is focussed on increasing global Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Wireless Local Area Network-(WLAN) based solutions in the cellular markets and plan to grow by about 100 per cent year-on-year.

Addressing a press conference here on Friday, Mr Krishna said the company's IP (intellectual property) offers designs that provide low-cost, high performance solutions for convergence devices and applications.

The company now plans to increase its R&D and marketing teams to meet the current and the future product demands.

This year, HelloSoft raised second round of $16 million in funding that was led by the Boston-based TD Capital Ventures and included Mitsui and Co, Venture Partners and Enterprise Ventures.
