Tanla plans fresh equity offer

HYDERABAD: Tanla Solutions Ltd is in the process of finalising plans to issue additional equity shares to fund its expansion that encompasses products and R&D centre.

In a statement, the company said it had also decided to split the company shares of the face value of Rs 10 each into five equity shares of Rs 2 each.

The company's equity capital comprises 68,23,000 shares of Rs 10 each.
