Andhra Bank gets nod for public issue

Hyderabad , Nov. 15

ANDHRA Bank has informed the stock exchanges that its shareholders, at the extraordinary general meeting, have authorised the board to issue/ offer and allot 8.5-crore new equity shares for an aggregate nominal value of Rs 85 crore, subject to necessary approvals and provisions.
