Kolkata , Nov. 16

EMPLOYEES of the State-owned Hindustan Paper Corporation (HPC) have pledged to bring about integrity and transparency in the corporation and provide value-based service. The pledge was taken during a programme on vigilance awareness in the company here last week.

A HPC press note says that the Director General and Commandant General (Home Guards) of West Bengal, Mr T. K. Chattopadhya, speaking at the concluding session, stressed on remaining constantly vigilant to ensure the well-being of both the individual and the organisation.

During the session, the HPC Chairman, Mr Raji Philip, pointed out that corruption and under-development were co-related and if the right action was not taken at the right time, organisations could never make any progress.
