Mumbai , Nov. 17

AIR Arabia LLC, the first international low-fare airline in India, will add an additional daily flight between Mumbai and Sharjah during December 1 to January 31, to cater to the demand over the winter holiday season. Fares would start from Rs 3,750.

An official statement quoting Mr Rohit Ramachandran, Country Manager, Air Arabia, said: "Our flights to the UAE have been popular with business and leisure travellers from Mumbai. The winter is a peak travel time, with people travelling between the UAE and India to visit family and friends, and we are pleased to be able to offer them more flight choices at an affordable fare. We also offer increased opportunities for Mumbaikars to travel to the UAE for the Dubai shopping festival."

The flights will depart Sharjah airport for Mumbai at 16:45 and 23:25 respectively, arriving at 21.00 and 03:40 local time.

In the return direction, the flights would depart Mumbai at 21:45 and 04:25, arriving in Sharjah at 23:20 and 06:00 local time.
