TILE manufacturer H&R Johnson India Ltd is planning to set up an additional manufacturing facility near Ajmer in Rajasthan with an investment of Rs 110 crore. This investment is being made through internal accruals, say company officials.

This would be the company's seventh facility in the country. The new facility would have a manufacturing capacity of 25,000 sq metres per day and the company targets a turnover of Rs 150 crore annually from it. Through this facility, it plans to service its North Indian market.

The company has also announced expansion of its distribution network in the North by 25 per cent. It currently has 250 dealers and 3,000 retailers in the North.
