Hyderabad , Nov. 20

INFOSTEP, a technology solutions provider for enterprises, has announced the setting up of its Indian offshore development centre in Hyderabad wherein the company plans to invest up to $5 million within the next two years.

Inaugurating the centre, the Chief Executive Officer of US-based InfoStep, Mr Sagar Anisingaraju, said that the company's Business Performance Management (BPM) Centre of Excellence will provide a key growth element for their global expansion plans. "With partners like Business Objects, business intelligence solutions provider, the company plans to help enterprises better manage their data and help them take informed decisions. It is not about growing in large numbers like an IT services company. Within two years, we expect to induct about 100 people," he said.

Apart from BPM, the company operates in the growing risk management and enterprise compliance area.
