MphasiS Ahmedabad facility

BANGALORE: MphasiS opened a new BPO facility in Ahmedabad with a capacity for 3,000 people and starting with 350 people initially.

The company has centres in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Noida, Mangalore, Pune and a facility in Tijuana, Mexico.

According to Mr Sandeep Dhar, President MphasiS BPO, the Ahmedabad facility will be dedicated to delivery for domestic business. Mr Dhar sees Ahmedabad as offering low attrition rate, advanced infrastructure, good talent pool and superior connectivity.
