`MyTVS' brand looks for sustained growth

L.N. Revathy

Coimbatore , Nov. 21

T.V. SUNDARAM Iyengar and Sons had engaged AC Neilsen Research Service Private Ltd to study its `MyTVS' brand business model and suggest corrective measures for better direction.

The AC Neilsen report was tabled a fortnight ago and the company decided to share the information with its business partners.

The first offsite meeting was held in Coimbatore last week and about 100 members of the business group from the MyTVS all car service centres attended the day-long workshop.

Sharing the details of the report on the sidelines of the meeting, Mr Roosevelt D'souza, Senior Manager, Client Service Customised Research, AC Neilsen, told Business Line that the brand had managed to surpass drivers' expectations. "The service quality growth in terms of understanding customer satisfaction is well over 80 per cent. The growth will have to be sustained."

Mr R. Srivatchan, Vice-President, Customer Centric Business, MyTVS, said the business unit had all the hard deliverables in place for sustained growth.
