A bumper-to-bumper traffic jam ensued on the arterial Panjagutta-Madhapur Road leading to Cyberabad on Monday. The State Government's efforts at widening of roads at several places in Hyderabad are obviously not yielding the desired results as the number of vehicles keeps outgrowing the roads.
