Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch invest in Intellivisions Software

FOREIGN investors Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and BSMA have taken stake in Intellivisions Software.

Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and BSMA have picked 8.65 lakh shares (combined) at Rs 80 per share of Rs 10 face value through a preferential issue, the company said in a release on Wednesday.

The board of the company has also approved the allotment of 8.65 lakh convertible warrants at a price of Rs 80. Each warrant would be convertible at the sole option of the holder any time at the end of 12 months but before 13 months from the date of allotment. The total investment amounts to Rs 13.84 crore. The stock closed the day at Rs 79.85 on the BSE, down by 0.19 per cent.

Intellivisions develops and manufactures self-service terminals for customer service automation in the banking and telecom industry.
