PUBLICIS Groupe SA has agreed to acquire a 60 per cent stake in Solutions Integrated Marketing Services, a marketing services agency. Publicis already has a presence in India through Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, StarcomMediaVest, ZenithOptimedia and Publicis Worldwide (with Publicis India and Publicis Ambience).

"Specialised agencies and marketing services (SAMS) is a key investment area for the Group, and this is especially true in fast-growing economies such as India.
