New utility vehicle from Force Motors

Our Bureau

Pune , Nov. 24

AUTOMOBILE manufacturer Force Motors Ltd has announced the launch of the Minidor cB, a utility vehicle in the less-than-one-tonne payload segment.

The company is already present in the greater-than-one-tonne payload segment utility vehicles with over 1.3 lakh units of the vehicle already sold.

"The Minidor cB has a larger and more spacious driver cabin combined with the convenience of the steering wheel that will ensure fatigue-free driving. In addition, it offers a bigger earning potential with the larger loading area at a lower cost," Mr Sudhir Mehta, Director, said in a statement.

According to the company, a market survey of the less-than-one-tonne operators revealed that most operators found driving too strenuous due to the handlebar of their vehicles. In addition, it found the driver cabin too congested and load carrying ability insufficient.

The new Minodor cB has been designed and developed keeping in mind the above market feedback and is a value for money proposition, according to the company. The vehicle comes with features such as large hold area, powerful DI 8.8 HP engine, spacious driver cabin with comfortable seating for driver and co-driver, powerful head lamps for safer night-time driving, steering wheel for fatigue-free driving, ladder type chassis for higher load carrying, floor gear — for easy gear shifting, torsion bar-cum-independent trailing arms suspension for smooth ride on rough roads and a six months unlimited km warranty.
