Sharon Drew Morgen begins India operations

THOUGHT leader and author of The New York Times bestseller Selling with Integrity, Sales on the Line, Ms Sharon Drew Morgen, is starting operations in India.

Her company, Morgen Facilitations Inc, has set up a joint venture with the Mumbai-based Metanoia Consulting Pvt Ltd to float Sharon Drew Morgen India.

At a press conference to announce her India operations, Ms Drew Morgen said, "I seek to bring my sales method to India as a way to help businesses achieve the high level of professionalism and performance necessary, given that India is fast becoming a central hub for business ventures worldwide."

In India, the company will introduce the `Buying Facilitation Method' and also create local capabilities and transfer expertise to Indian training companies. All the content will be localised and fine-tuned to suit local needs and provide on-going support to licensees.

Added Mr Vivek Singh, Managing Director and Country Head, Sharon Drew Morgen India, "The Morgen Buying Facilitation Method, which will be the first training module available in India, should help us in capturing significant market share and mind-share of our consumers."

Ms Sharon Drew Morgen has personally trained over 12,000 sales professionals in global corporations such as IBM, Morgan Stanley, FedEx, British telecom and KPMG in Buying Facilitation. In India, the company hopes to get clients from industries such as banking, IT, ITES and consulting companies.
