Nipuna opens Chennai centre

HYDERBAD: Nipuna Services Ltd, the business process outsourcing arm of Satyam Computer, has announced it has established a facility in Chennai at the Ascendas International Tech Park on the IT Expressway.

The Chief Executive Officer of Nipuna, Mr Venkatesh Roddam, in a statement today said: "the volume of animation business from national and international customers is looking positive. Through the Chennai facility, Nipuna has made a strategic decision to cater to and further tap this segment. We are at advanced stage of negotiations for international business in animation."

Nipuna operates out of Hyderabad and Bangalore and expects to focus on animation from Chennai.
