3i Infotech buys SDG Soft

MUMBAI: 3I Infotech, provider of IT solutions and services, has announced that it has acquired the Hyderabad-based software products company, SDG Software Technologies.

SDG Software, with annual revenues of about Rs 10 crore, has an array of products for the banking sector and capital markets with a focus on surveillance and fraud management.

Mr V. Srinivasan, Managing Director and CEO of 3i Infotech, said "BankAlert, the anti-money laundering software application, of SDG will fill a gap in our banking produce space."
