Innosoft warrant issue

HYDERABAD: Innosoft Technologies Ltd has decided to issue 11,50,000 share warrants convertible into 11,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the promoters and their relatives at Rs 35 per warrant.

In a statement to the BSE, the company informed that the decision to allot these warrants was taken at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on November 21, 2005.

The EGM further decided to allot 5,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the employees under the Employee Stock Option Plan.
